PRODUCTION STEPS

Print Plates Making 

It takes about 4-5 days to make print plates.

 >> One color need to make one print plate. It could be white + CMYK + spot color.
You can send us design in PDF, AI or CDR format, with CMYK pattern, not RGB pattern. And we will send you design proof for your approve before making print plates.

Printing machine

It takes about 1-2 days to print.

>> After print plates made, next step is printing. Our printing is gravure printing.
The bag inner side could also be printed, this is very difficult printing process, but we made it!

Slitting machine 

It takes about 1-2 days to slit.

Laminating machine 

It takes about 1-2 days to laminate.

>> Third step is laminating. We have two Laminating machines.
After laminated, the material will be put in the drying room for 24-48 hours.

>> For film roll this is final steps. For some bags, this is forth step, some laminated material still have to slit to separate material. We have two slitting machines. 

Bag making machine 

It takes about 1-2 days to make into bags.

>> Final step is bag making, could be cut in any kind of bag style. We have 7 bag making machines.
After that, it takes about 1-2 days for quality inspection and packing.
